Accuracy is paramount. Step Deflection is measured to 0.004”, Stop Distance to 0.01” and Step and Handrail Speed to 0.1 FPM, all at a rate of up to 60 measurements per second.

In fact our inspection is so comprehensive that it will yield more information during the first 60 seconds than a conventional methods can do in more than one hour.

To ensure realistic results, all measurements are made with a vertical force applied to the step. This means that elusive problems such as cracked steps can be easily identified.

Finally, following computer analysis, we present you with a report that accurately details the condition of your escalator.
